A triumph of the human spirit in Ireland’s darkest hour
Set in 19th century Ireland, at the height of the Great Famine, "In the Midst of Plenty" tells the story of Bridget Connor, a mother of four living on the hunger-stricken Strokestown estate in County Roscommon.
